Understanding the Refund Policy for Sajjad Ali CarLift Dubai Services
At Sajjad Ali CarLift Dubai Services, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable and quality carlift services. Please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Services Offered
Sajjad Ali CarLift Dubai Services offers pick-and-drop services from International City (Phase 1 & Phase 2) and Silicon Oasis to JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers), Media City, Internet City, and Knowledge Village on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
2. Payment Terms
Passengers must pay the required amount upfront by the 5th of each month. For those joining mid-month, payment must be made on a pro-rata basis.
3. Payment Methods
Passengers can pay either in cash directly to the driver or via bank transfer. If paying via online bank transfer, a screenshot of the payment must be shared with the management of Sajjad Ali CarLift Dubai Services via WhatsApp.
4. Refund Eligibility
Passengers may request a refund for the remaining days of the month. The refund will be calculated using the following formula:
(Total amount paid ÷ Total days in the month) × Remaining working days in the month.
5. Example of Refund Calculation
Let’s say a passenger paid AED 500 for the month of November, which has 30 days, but decides to discontinue the service after 20 days. The refund for the remaining 10 days would be calculated as follows:
Daily fare:
AED 500 ÷ 30 days = AED 16.67 per day
Remaining days:
10 days
Refund amount:
AED 16.67 × 10 days = AED 166.70
In this example, the passenger would receive a refund of AED 166.70 for the unused days.
