What if the vehicle breaks down on the way to the destination?

We have multiple vehicles and drivers. If a vehicle breaks down, we will immediately arrange for another vehicle to ensure the passenger is transported safely, comfortably, and on time to the destination.

Do you offer private car lift services within Dubai?

Yes, we provide our services throughout Dubai. We have a variety of vehicles available, including buses, cars, mini-buses, Hiaces, and more.

Will I still receive service if I miss the bus?

Yes, our vehicles are available throughout the day. When you book with us, you are our responsibility. We will pick you up in the next available time slot at no extra charge. Just call us to let us know which time slot you would like to use.

Does Sajjad Ali Pick and Drop Dubai Services offer services on the weekend?

No, we do not operate on weekends and do not provide pick and drop services during that time.

Passengers can pay either via bank transfer or in cash before the 5th of each month.
